Great Moments in Journal Sentinel Blogs

Inaugural award for Outstanding Commenting on a Blog Post with a Silly Name

Today’s first-ever Honor of Merit Award for Outstanding Commenting on a Blog Post with a Silly Name goes to Donzo18 for his comment in response to delafieldconservative.

Let’s go to the tape:

delafield, it doesn’t surprise me in the least that this is something you don’t understand. This is very simple; buffalo are wild animals. They eat grass, they go poopie, and their poopie turns into compost. It goes away, and we don’t have to worry about nasty things like methane gas. Livestock, however, live in captivity, and they eat fermented feed known as “silage.” They too go poopie, but their poopie has no place to go, other then giant collection pools – and these don’t decompose, but instead give off methane gas, and also leak into our water supplies. I know, you’re probably giggling uncontrollably because I mentioned the word “poopie” a few times. But if you stuck with me that whole time, you might have just learned how stupid your point was.

Excuse me, but isnt’ great moments and JS Blogs in the same sentencea a little too oxymoronic?

And, aren’t “poopie” and “JS Blogs” synonyms?

Fair points, both of you! :)
